Freddy Hendradjaja was appointed as President Commissioner and Independent Commissioner of PT Maybank Asset Management in June 2022. He has more than 20 years of experience in capital market industry, among others as a Portfolio Manager at Bahana TCW Investment Management, Head of Alternative Investments at Danareksa Investment Management, Associate Director at Danareksa Capital, and Chief Investment Officer at Lippo Securities. Currently, he is also a Co-founder & Commissioner/Chairman of the Board at P2P lending provider PT Kredit Plus Teknologi (Pinjam Gampang).

He graduated from Brandeis University, United States with a Master of Business Administration in International Finance and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Indonesia.

He held an Underwriter Representative (WPEE) and Broker-Dealer Representative (WPPE) license issued by Financial Services Authority (OJK).

Badrul Hisyam Bin Abu Bakar was appointed as Commissioner of PT Maybank Asset Management on 3 April 2017. He also appointed as Regional Head, Investment Management of Maybank Kim Eng Group effective 1 March 2021 and Non-Independent Non-Executive Director of Maybank Asset Management Singapore, which he was appointed to on 1 April 2020.

Badrul has over 20 years of experience in numerous asset management companies such as HLG Asset Management Sdn Bhd, Commerce Asset Fund Managers Sdn Bhd, Avenue Asset Management Sdn Bhd, Tune Money Capital Sdn Bhd, and BIMB Investment Management Berhad. His experience covers both traditional and sharia/ethical mandates and he has worked on both sides of the business - retail and institutional. At CIMB-Principal Asset Management Berhad, he was heavily engaged in the restructuring and rehabilitating of portfolios. Prior to joining Maybank AM, he was the Chief Investment Officer of BIMB Investment Management Berhad.

He graduated from New York University, USA with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Finance and Economics in 1996. He is the holder of the Capital Markets & Services Representative's License (CMSRL) issued by the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) under the Capital Market & Services Act 2007.

Raja Edham Zulkarnaen was appointed as Director of PT Maybank Asset Management in May 2014.

Raja has more than 20 years in the financial and asset management industries, including his experience in Marketing and Product Development such as Maybank Unit Trust Berhad (MUTB), CIMB-Principal Asset Management Berhad, PT CIMB-Principal Asset Management, CIMB Islamic Berhad, and Malayan Banking Berhad.

He graduated from the University of Putra Malaysia with a Bachelor of Economics Degree majoring in Finance. He held an Investment Manager Representative License issued by Financial Services Authority/Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK).

Sopar Broin Situmorang was appointed as Director of PT Maybank Asset Management in April 2022.

Sopar has more than 20 years of experience in foreign financial institutions and joint ventures in the banking industry. Among others as a Manager and Country Audit Head of Internal Audit Unit at Bank Mizuho Indonesia, Maybank Indocorp Indonesia, ANZ Bank Indonesia, Standard Chartered Bank Indonesia, and Maybank Syariah Indonesia/Bank Net Indonesia Syariah.

He graduated from IPMI International Business School Indonesia with a Master of Business Administration and held a Bachelor of Economics & Accounting from Sumatera Utara University, Indonesia. He held an Investment Manager Representative License issued by Financial Services Authority/Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK).

Akhmad Baidun was appointed as PT Maybank Asset Management’s Sharia Supervisory Board in August 2022.

Lecturer at the Faculty of Psychology, Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University, Jakarta. Actively writing in accredited national and international journals according to the scientific field and actively involved in various sharia economic field activities.

Obtained a Master degree in Human Resources Psychology from University of Indonesia and held a Bachelor degree in Educational Psychology from IKIP of Malang State.

Held a Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) Certification for Sharia Banking and Sharia Capital Market Expert License (ASPM) issued by Financial Services Authority/Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK).

Legowo Kusumonegoro was appointed as Advisor of PT Maybank Asset Management in April 2022.

He has collectively more than 30 years of experience in the custodian and capital market industry. He was previously a CEO of Manulife Asset Management Indonesia since 2010 – 2020, President Director of PT First State Indonesia since 2003 – 2010, President Director of PT Bahana TCW Investment Indonesia since 2001 – 2003. He has also been selected by Asia Asset Management as a CEO of the year in 2015, 2016 and 2018.

Legowo holds a Magister Sains Degree in Rural and Regional Development from IPB University in 1989.
